ABOUT ADDISON

I am a 15-year-old sophomore from Canton, Georgia. Currently, I ride with Lucy Molinari at Five Star Hunters and am currently competing in the equitation. I have had the opportunity to clinic with some of the greats including Archie Cox, Diane Carney, Bibby Farmer Hill, Kat Mulkey, and J. Michael Halbleib.

For the past two years, I have been focusing on competing in the equitation ring with my lease horse, Limited Edition a.k.a Luke. Despite us both being new to the equitation ring, this year we were able to qualify for Jump Seat Medal Finals, Hunt Seat Medal Finals, NCEA East Coast Medal Finals, and NHS Hamel Medal Finals, and are currently ranked first in the 12-14 Age Equitation for GHJA.  Most recently,  I finished 50th overall and received an 81.5 in the gymnastics phase while competing at Jump Seat Medal Finals my first time attending. Other notable achievements include being the Zone 4 Horse of the Year for Children’s Hunter 14 & Under and High Point Champion for Intermediate on the Flat in IEA (2022-2023).

Outside of the show ring, I enjoy taking photos and run a photography account called A.M. Equine Photography. Additionally, I serve as a camp counselor at my barn's summer camps, helping beginner riders learn to tack up, ride and care for the horses. Academically, I maintain a 4.0 GPA taking honors levels courses with plans to take AP classes over the coming years.

I am excited about the potential opportunity to ride in college, where I hope to join a team that fosters hard work, teamwork, and growth in their girls as this will best suit my personality and allow me to continue to develop my skills on a variety of horses.
